Steps to Change Name Through ENC System

You can change/rectify your name on your electricity bill through following steps,

  1. Open your browser.
  2. Go to ENC official website http://enc.com.pk/
  3. Click on ”Change” option as shown in above image.
  4. Select Application type to “Chane of Name”
  5. Provide following information,
    • Reference number of electricity bill
    • NIC number of applicant
    • Mobile number of applicant
    • Current name with father/husband name
    • New name with father/husband name
  6. After providing all above information you need to upload following attachments,
    • Attested CNIC copy of applicant
    • Applicant electricity bill copy
    • Proof of ownership
  7. After uploading above attachments click on “Submit” button.
